💡 Why These Are Your Best Leads
SR22T owners are the most natural upgrade buyers in piston aviation — they've already invested in the top of the Cirrus line and are the primary candidates for a Cirrus SF50, Diamond DA62, or light turboprop step-up. Owners whose aircraft haven't flown in 6+ months are especially motivated to sell. Every contact here owns a real aircraft verified against FAA records.

FAA Registry Guide
The FAA publishes every US-registered civil aircraft — 350,000+ records, updated daily, completely free. Here's exactly how to turn it into a prospect list.
01
Download the FAA Registry
Go to the FAA Releasable Aircraft Database. Download the full ZIP file — it contains CSV files with every registered civil aircraft in the US including owner names and addresses.
→ FAA Registry Download Page
02
Open in Excel or Google Sheets
Unzip the file. Open the MASTER.csv file in Excel or drag it into Google Sheets. You'll see columns for N-Number, Make, Model, Year, Owner Name, Street, City, State, and Zip.
03
Filter by Your Target Segments
Use Excel Filter (Data → Filter) on the MFR column. Search for your targets — BEECH for King Air, PIAGGIO for Avanti, PILATUS for PC-12, DAHER for TBM, CESSNA for Citations, EMBRAER for Phenoms. Filter the STATE column to narrow by geography.
04
Run Each Owner Through the Research Tool
Copy the owner name from the FAA data into AeroIQ's Prospect Research tool. In 60 seconds you have a full intelligence profile — net worth estimate, contact info, buying signals, and a personalized outreach line.
05
Log Every Contact in Deal Tracker
As you work through your FAA list, log each prospect in the Deal Tracker — even ones that go nowhere. The AeroIQ vs traditional comparison is what you'll use to sell subscriptions to other brokers later.

💡 Pro Tips

Best segments to start: King Air B200/350 owners in TX, FL, OK, KS, CO — agricultural and energy money, active upgraders
LLC-owned aircraft: Many are registered to an LLC. Google the LLC name to find the actual owner — often faster than you'd expect
Aircraft age filter: Sort by MFR_YEAR and focus on 8–15 year old aircraft — owners in the natural upgrade window
Addresses are gold: Rural addresses on turboprops = agricultural operators. Urban addresses = business use. Adjust your outreach accordingly
Frequency: Re-download monthly — new registrations and owner transfers happen constantly
